1 clove garlic, minced
2 slices fresh ginger (1/8 inch thick), minced
1 to 1/2 pounds beef loin top sirloin steak boneless, cut into thin strips
1/2 pound broccoli, cut into florets, stalks removed
1 package (6 ounces) frozen pea pods
1 can (5 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 medium green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 medium red pepper, cut intothin strips
6 green onions, cut into 2 inch lengths
