Rachael Ray's Chop-chop Salad

Ingredients

    1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
    1 red onion, chopped (I use half)
    2 tomatoes, seeded & chopped (I use cherry tom)
    1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 cucumber, peeled & chopped
    1 15oz can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed & drained
    .5 c parmesan cheese
    .5 c almond slices

Description

Serve With RR's Spicy French Dressing
