1 cucumber (8-1/4")
1 Small onion
1 can chickpeas
6 Grape Tomatos
1 Bell Pepper - Green
1 Bell Pepper - Red
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Description
I Usually Make This With Some Low Fat Balsamic Dressing. Sometimes I Add Or Subtract Vegetables, Depending On What's Available. If You Would Like To Make It Lower In Fat, Omit The Almonds Or The Feta. Delicious On It's Own.Great For Leaving In The Fridge
