    1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    3 cups Cheddar Cheese, Reduced-fat, shredded
    10 Ounces Enchilada Sauce, 505 Southwestern preferred
    8 Flour Tortillas, whole wheat (8 or 9 inch)
    1/2 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat
    8 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
