Healthy Granola Bars

Ingredients

    1 C quick rolled Oats
    1/2 C whole wheat Flour
    1/2 Grape nuts style cereal
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg (beaten)
    1/4 C honey
    3 T. Brown Sugar
    2 T. Canola Oil
    1/4 C chopped nuts (your choice)
    7 oz. chopped dried fruit (your choice) raisins, cranberries, apricots, etc.
