E2 Pad Thai

Ingredients

    3 Tbs - Vegetable Stock or water
    1 garlic clove - minced
    3 green onions - cut into 1 inch lengths
    12 oz - flat rice noodles, soaked in warm water for 20 min. then drained.
    1 lb - broiled Tofu cubes
    2 C - broccoli florets
    1 C - bean sprouts
    1/2 tsp - chili powder
    2 tsp - dark brown sugar
    4 Tbs - Low-sodium Tamari
    2 Tbs - Lemon juice
    4 Tbs - home toasted peanuts, chopped
    8 Sprigs of cilantro
