- 1 Frozen Bread dough - use wheat, white or any that you like!-defrosted
2 T Butter or margarine
1/4 Teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon italian seasonings
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pizza spice
Shredded cheese - any kind you like on your "pizza"-mine is lowfat mozzerella
any additional items you like for your stromboli such as mushrooms, pepperoni, peppers etc...calorie count only adds cheese though so add additional calories for whatever you add more than cheese.
