Quinoa With Squash And Turkey

Ingredients

    1 cup uncooked quinoa
    4 cups cut and cubed butternut squash
    1 tsp olive oil
    1.5 cups chicken broth
    6 cloves of garlic
    8 oz leftover turkey breast, shredded
    .5 cup chopped onion
    2 eggs beaten
    1 cup milk
    1 tsp ground sage
    .25 tsp Mrs. Dash original blend
    1 cup shredded cheese (4 cheese blend was used here)
    .5 cup bread crumbs
