Ingredients

    Boil in water 4 minutes:
    2-3 medium baking potato, peeled and diced
    1 1/2 cups peeled and sliced carrots
    1 1/2 cups frozen peas
    1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
    1 1/2 cups frozen corn kernels
    Saute:
    3 Tbsp butter
    1 large onion, diced
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    Add to sauted veggies and simmer until thick:
    3 Tbsp flour
    1 1/2 cups chicken broth
    1 cup milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp thyme
    1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
    Topping:
    3/4 cup yellow corn meal
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp honey
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp oil
