Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
2 stalks celery
10 baby carrots
3 egg whites
1/2 c water
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sage
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 -1 tsp salt depending on taste
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c flour
Mix everything together and cook like regular pancakes. Add the water last so you can get the right constancy. I put spray butter on mine. But I'm sure regular butter would be the same. The vegetables keep these from being as dry as regular pancakes...so don't burn them trying to get dry pancakes.
