Steak Burritos

Ingredients

    1/2 c prepared fresh salsa
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup instant brown rice
    1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed
    16 oz strip steak, trimmed and thinly sliced crosswise
    1/4 t ground pepper
    1 t canola oil
    4 flat out flat breads, light
    1/2 c shredded 2% cheddar cheese
    1/2 c prepared guacamole
    2 T chopped fresh cilantro
