Ingredients

    6 ears fresh sweet corn (or six cups frozen)
    2 1/2 cups buttermilk
    1 medium cucumbers
    2 medium boiling potatoes, cooked and peeled
    1/2 medium red onion, finely diced
    1/2 pound shrimp, cooked and cooled
    1 medium tomato
    dill
    salt and pepper
