Butternut Squash Casserole

Ingredients

    3 - 4 cups cooked butternut squash (1 good sized squash)
    3/4 stick softened marg or butter
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 sm can evaporated milk (non-fat)

    Topping:
    1 cup rice krispies
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional-not figured into calories)

Description

Great Fall Side Dish. Serve With Grilled Chops Or Chicken.
