  • 1 med yellow squash, cut into 1/4-inch
  • 1 med zucchini, cut into1/4-inch
  • 1 x red onion, cut into 1/4-inch
  • 3 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  •     Light vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 2 x roasted red bell peppers
  • 2 x pizza dough baguettes, see recipe
  • 1 lrg tomato, cored and sliced
