- 1/2 pound cleaned uncooked crab, shrimp, lobster, scallops or possibly halibut or possibly any combination (bite size pcs)
- 1/2 pound phyllo pastry sheets
- 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 2 hard boiled large eggs, minced
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1/4 c. chopped shallots
- 2 T minced chives
- 1 lg. garlic clove, chopped
- 1/3 c. thinly sliced mushrooms lightly sauteed in butter
- 3/4 c. unsalted butter
