- Â Â Sultanas (yellow raisins)
- Â Â And dry apricots
- 60 gm (2 ounce, 3/4 c.) crumbled
- Â Â Almond macaroons or possibly
- Â Â Amaretti
- 60 gm (2 ounce, 3/4 c.) minced
- Â Â Almonds
- 60 gm (2 ounce, 1/2 c.) grnd or possibly
- Â Â Flaked almonds
- 1 x Grated appple
- 1 Tbsp. Grated orange zest
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp Grnd mace
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cardamom, I had none,
- Â Â So used cumin, that worked
- Â Â As well!
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves, I used whole,
- Â Â And put them in the food
- Â Â Processor
- Â Â With the bread! Again, it
- Â Â Worked
- 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice
- 2 Tbsp. Orange marmalade or possibly candied
- Â Â Orange peel
- Â Â Juice of 1 orange
- 4 med Free-range Large eggs
- 6 Tbsp. Or possibly 1 miniature bottle of
- Â Â Cognac
- 140 ml 5 fl ounce, scant 2/3 c.,
- Â Â Fortified muscat wine, port,
- Â Â Marsala
- Â Â Or possibly rich oloroso sherry
