  • 2   eggs
  • 2 5-ounce cans  evaporated milk (1-1/3 cups)
  • 1/2 teaspoon  garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  ground black pepper
  • 1 cup  shredded process Swiss or Gruyere cheese (4 ounces)
