  • 1/3 cup  mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon  snipped fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon  finely shredded lemon peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon  prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup  whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon  snipped fresh chives
  •   Snipped fresh chives or thinly sliced green onion (optional)
