  • 1/2 cup  crumbled feta cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup  shredded cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1   beaten egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon  all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground cumin
  • 16 sheets  frozen phyllo dough (18x14 inch rectangles), thawed
  • 2/3 cup  margarine or butter
  • 4 cups  chopped fresh spinach
