- 1 C. celery, chopped
- 3 C. turkey, cooked and diced
- 1/2 C. lentils (any variety), washed and sorted
- 1/2 C. orzo
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves,crushed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. season salt
