Ingredients
This recipe is not that difficult but very time consuming.....and reading this a few times makes it easier.Ferment: 200g of flour, 5g of fresh yeast, 100g of water. Mix together and let sit for a minimum of 2hours.
After: All the ferment, 550g of flour, 10g of salt, 20g of good honey and 250g of water.
