Non Dairy Cream Of Vegetable Soup
1/2 cup rice flour
4 cups water
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (use 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt if you don't wish to add tamari)
1 tablespoon unrefined oil
2 onions, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced, or 1 cup chopped mushrooms, or vegetables of your choice
Optional:
1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
Garnish:
Chopped parsley
