2 tablespoons seeded mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
250 ml PHILADELPHIA Light Cream For Cooking
1-2 teaspoons cornflour, blended with a little water
Parmesan Potatoes, for serving
Steamed greens, for serving
