- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (or a squeeze of lime juice)
- 2 whole chicken legs (bone-in, skin-on), about 1 1/4 pounds total
