1/4 cup (60 ml) boiling water

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 3/4 cups (350 grams) granulated white sugar

1 cup (100 grams) sifted cake flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons cream of tartar

Description

I Love This Angel Food Cake's Lovely Chocolate Brown Color And Its Uneven And Ragged Top And Sides. It Has A Wonderful Airy Lightness And A Subtle Chocolate Flavor, That Can Be Eaten Alone Or With Fresh Berries And Cream.
