- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 2-3 aubergine, cut into chunks
- water, as needed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- Sauce:
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 200ml chicken stock
- 200ml water
- 1 tablespoon cornflour, mixed with 1 tablespoon water
- 1 spring onion, chopped
