Ingredients

  • Small bunch of parsley or parsley stems
  • 8 sprigs of thyme (tsp dried thyme)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 or 3 celery leaves
  • Other ingredients can be used depending on the stock: garlic, rosemary, dill, cloves, etc.
