- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tbsp water
For the stuffing:
- 150 g steamed or boiled asparagus,
- diced 25 g butter
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 75 g mustard grains
- 200 g brie cheese (or similar), diced into cubes
- 125 ml cream
- 3 eggs, beaten with a pinch of salt
- 200 g of leftover chicken, diced or minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
