- 340g porridge, I use Scotts
- 150 self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon bread soda (Bicarbonate of soda)
- 1 free range, large egg
- 1 pint of semi skimmed milk - you can use buttermilk, but it must be diluted to a pint with ordinary milk. In the olden days, buttermilk was just the whey left from butter making.
