- 4 RIPE bananas the riper the better as long as they are not mouldy!
- 8oz self raising flour
- 4 oz butter (marge)
- 3 oz caster sugar
- 4 oz sultanas
- 2oz glace cherries (optional)
- 1 egg and a little milk
