- 400g-500g chicken livers to make up about 300g cleaned and trimmed - you don't need an exact quantity
- 3 tbsp of your favourite port or brandy (a good splash)
- 80 to 100ml cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp butter
- Clarified butter, (optional) amount will depend on the size of your serving bowl.
