Ingredients

• 1 large chicken
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 40 g butter
• 3 chopped onions
• 1 crushed clove of garlic (I used 2 for ½ chicken)
• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
• 1 tbsp ground caraway
• 1 tbsp ground turmeric
• 1 tbsp ground coriander seeds
• 1 tbsp honey dissolved in 500 ml boiling water
• 1 glass white wine
• 250 dried apricots, cut in half lengthways (use a scissor, much easier)
• 2 tablespoons blanched almonds
