Artichoke Lasagne (lasagne Con I Carciofi)

Ingredients

  • 8 globe artichokes, or 10 baby spring artichokes
  • 2 lemons
  • 60 g butter
  • salt & pepper

bachamel sauce:

  • 6o g butter,
  • 3 tbsp flour,
  • 1 ltr milk
  • 200 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large ball mozzarella cheese, finely chopped
  • 400 g fresh lasagne (green ones)

Description

This Is A Traditional Tuscan Recipe, My Mum Always Made It. Very Good When Artichokes Are In Season
