- 8 globe artichokes, or 10 baby spring artichokes
- 2 lemons
- 60 g butter
- salt & pepper
bachamel sauce:
- 6o g butter,
- 3 tbsp flour,
- 1 ltr milk
- 200 g grated parmesan cheese
- 1 large ball mozzarella cheese, finely chopped
- 400 g fresh lasagne (green ones)
