1/4 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

1 tbspn. sugar

1/4 tsp. ginger powder

1/2 tsp. cayanne powder

2 tsp. dried oregano

2 tsp. dried basil

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 tomato, chopped

handfull mushrooms, chopped

1 garlic clove (optional)

1 cup buttermilk

1 egg

1/2 c. chopped mozzarela sticks
