1 stalk Lemongrass
1 1/2 cups Chicken stock
7 oz Low-fat (light) coconut milk
7 oz Water
2 Green chilies, finely sliced
8 Pz green beans, diagonally sliced
1 bunch Fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
2 cups Basmati rice, uncooked
6 quarts Water
