Steak And Basil Wraps

Ingredients

MARINADE

1 cup Cabernet Souvion Wine
1 cup Beef Brooth
1/4 cup Olive oil
Handfull peppercorns
ROLL UP'S
--------------------------------
3 pounds Thinly sliced (about 2 by 4 inch slices, or what ever size you desire) red meat ( I have used rib eye, flank, even chuck roast)
Fresh Basil -2 leafs per roll up
Osiego Cheese (sices) enough to put a piece in each roll up
SAUCE
-------------------------------------
1 1/2 cup Carernet Souvion Wine
1 1/2 cup Beef Brooth
2 cloves Crushed Garlic
1 Diced onion
2 tablespoons Honey
2 sprigs Thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive Oil to coat pan
