1 cup Macadamia nuts, finely chopped
3/4 cup Fine dry breadcrumb (Japanese Panko)
1/2 cup AP flour
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 can Crushed Pineapple
2 Mangos, chopped
1 Jalapeno pepper, minced
1tbsp Fat leaf parsley
