(yields 3/4 cups )
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Pure maple syrup
3/4 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp Pureed chipotles peppers in adobo sauce (buy smallest can and mix in blender)
1/8 tsp Liquid smoke
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cracked pepper
1/2 cup Olive oil
Salad
6 oz. Salad greens, assorted
2 Red peppers, roasted with skins removed
2 Avocados
4 oz. White cheddar cheese, smoked or aged
2 tbsp Pine nuts, toasted
4 sprigs Sage, fresh
