6 ounces Cottage cheese
1 Large onion, chopped
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
4 Eggs, well beaten
Creamed Chicken:
2 6 oz. Cans sliced mushrooms
1 cup Diced green bell pepper
1 cup Margarine
1 cup Flour
2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Half-and-half, or whole milk
2 1/2 cups Chicken broth
4 cups Chopped cooked chicken
2 4 oz. Jars pimientos, chopped and drained
