1 Sweet Yellow Onion, peeled, cut in half, and sliced thin
3 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 cup Plain Yogurt
1/2 Grapefruit, juiced
1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
4 cups Cooked Rice
