1 lb. Italin Sausage
1 cup Onion, diced
1 cup Yellow bell pepper, diced
1 t. Garlic, minced
Deglaze with and add; Fill
1/4 cup Dry sherry
1 bag Fresh spinach (10 oz)
1 1/2 cups Fresh mozzarella, cubed
Salt and pepper
4 Portobellos (4" diameter) pepared
3 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
