1/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons Tomato paste
1 cup Dry white wine
3 cups Chicken stock
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
4 Chicken livers, finely chopped
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/4 cup Chopped parsley
1 1/2 pounds Fresh spinach pasta

1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan
