11/2 cups 875 mL) water
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
1 cup (250 mL) uncooked basmati rice
2 tbsp (30 mL) snipped fresh parsley
PORK
4 Boneless pork loin chops, cut 1/2 in.
(1 em) thick (4-6 oz/ 125-175g each)
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
'/4 tsp (1 mL) coarsely ground black pepper
2 tbsp (30 mL) all-purpose flour
2 tbsp 80 mL) olive oil
