- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
