- grated zest of one orange
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can low sodium garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups couscous
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
