  • 6 black peppercorns
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 4 1/2 pounds rump roast
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sour cream

Description

Rump Roast Is Marinated In Spiced Cider Vinegar For Five Days, Then Seared And Braised And Served With A Sour Cream Sauce.
