Ingredients

  • 1 cup bulgur
  • 1 2/3 cups boiling water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber - peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ground black pepper to taste

Description

The Combination Of Nutty Cracked Wheat Or Bulgur Mixed With Wonderfully Ripe Tomatoes, Cucumbers, And Green Onions, And Lots Of Fresh Mint And Parsley Is Sensational. A Bit Of Olive Oil And Lemon Juice Finish It Off Beautifully.
