  • 1 Tbsp Sambal Olek
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Thyme Fresh , removed from stem and chopped
  • 1 tsp Cilantro Fresh , chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley Curly Fresh , chopped
  • 1 med Red Onion , diced small
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic , fresh
  • 3 med Cucumber , peeled, seeded and diced small
  • 1 med Sweet Red Pepper , seeded and diced small
  • 2 stalk Celery , leaves removes, diced small
  • 1 med Zucchini , seeded, diced small
  • 1 med Yellow Zucchini , seeded, diced small
  • 2 Tbsp Chive Fresh , chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Basil Fresh , chopped
  • 4 cup Tomato Juice
