1 16 ounce package firm tofu, cut into 1 1/2-inch blocks 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon minced ginger 2 tablespoons minced garlic 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 teaspoon sesame oil 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 red, yellow and orange bell peppers (three total) cored, seeded and sliced into 1/2-inch strips 1/2 pound asparagus, cut into 3-inch pieces 1/2 pound green beans, trimmed 1/2 pound mushrooms, cut into 1/4-inch slices 3 1/2 cups cooked rice
