- 1 - 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple with syrup
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- Topping
- 1/4 pound margarine or butter
- 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Description
A Little Expensive To Make Due To The Nuts, But Well Worth It. I Make It In The Smaller Loaf Pans And Freeze Them. Great With Coffee On A Weekend Morning When Your Just Lazing Around. I Have Also Lightly Toasted Slices Of It And Put Mango Butter On The
